STEP INSIDE THINKING ROUTINE

My Grade 4 EAL students used their imagination and explored "step inside" thinking routine. They had to choose a painting, a drawing or a photograph and "step inside the skin" of a person, a creature, problem or event. My EAL learners thought creatively about different perspectives and viewpoints and had to consider three questions:
  • What can the person or thing perceive?
  • What might the person or thing know about or believe?
  • What might the person or thing care about
Siwoo is a new member of our EAL team, however, she showed a great commitment and was very creative.

Amanda became al beautiful Japanese lady and we learned about her thoughts and feelings.
